Are you passionate about working with risk data management? Do you have experience leading complex initiatives, identifying potential improvements and efficiencies? Do you have a strong interest in people and leadership?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Play a key role in the overall success of Group Risk implementation of a Risk Data platform, IRB return to compliance, BCBS 239 and further improving the Banks ability to comply with mandatory regulatory requirements related to data quality, data lineage, and IT infrastructure. This includes to:
• Define compliant state and formulating group wide risk data management standards and regulations

• Develop and implement BCBS239 Validation methodology and procedures for financial risks where key priority is data supporting IRB Models and Capital Adequacy reporting

• Perform regular assessments of the institution's RDARR capabilities in scope

• Regularly follow up on progress in 1st line as to implementation of compliant state

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

• Previous experience from working with operationalising risk management and regulatory requirements into internal regulations with focus on Risk Data Management

• Communication management skills with a collaborative and positive solution-oriented mindset. Strong ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders throughout the organisation

• Overall understanding of the fundamentals of a 2nd line Risk Control function responsibilities and previous experience from BCBS239, capital adequacy, risk modelling and data management is a benefit

• At least 10 years of experience in the related fields
