About the job Swedbank Group Risk Assurance is looking for a specialist to join the team. As a specialist, you will work with improvement and development of Group Risk Control Officers common methodologies and processes such as emerging risk methodologies, risk assurance, process assurance, annual risk based planning and Risk Management Maturity Assessment (RMMA). The Group Risk Assurance team is also responsible to report a consolidated view of the risks within the Bank to the CEO and Board of Directors in the risk assurance report.
As a member of Group Risk Assurance you will be part of a team of skilled risk professionals having a key role in analysing, improving and developing the independent risk control activities across Swedbank Group in terms of providing guidelines, training and support to Risk Control officers, as well as developing corresponding risk assurance modules in the Risk and Compliance Platform.

What you need to succeed We believe that a successful candidate have the following skills:
Prior experience and strong skills using Excel, SharePoint and other Office programs
Strong skills in written and spoken English
Strong skills in summarizing text capturing the main conclusions
Strong analytical skills, structured and self-driven personality
Good cooperation and communication skills
A relevant university degree in economy, law or science.
