Your team
You will be part of our Legal team in which Group Risk Management and Insurance is part of. You will report to Epiroc Group Risk and Insurance Manager. We can offer attractive offices in Sickla, close to training facilities and gallerias and good commuting possibilities. Also around the corner is fantastic outdoor environment as Järlasjön. At Epiroc head office there are around 100 colleagues and by the reception you will find a welcoming lounge to enjoy a coffee, lunch or just a chat.
Your mission
In this role you will be responsible for arranging and maintaining adequate insurance protection of Epiroc Group's assets and liabilities at levels in line with Epiroc risk appetite. You will work with Epiroc Group Risk and Insurance Manager with independent responsibility for certain global insurance programs.
You will be responsible for insurance procurement that includes handling the insurance renewal process and negotiate with external parties in the insurance market, as well as taking part in managing and coordinating risk and insurance services:
* data collection necessary for analyzing exposure, secure adequate level of insurance coverage, that is also compliant with insurance legislation in countries we operate in, and support in claims
* ascertain that all documentation is accurate and that insurance guidelines are updated
* supporting the business in a variety of insurance-related questions in an efficient way
* some involvement in our reinsurance captive
* participate in and continue development of Epiroc Loss Prevention Standard
Group Risk Management and Insurance function is also responsible for supporting our business with tools within Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management where the candidate should be prepared to assist when needed.
Location and travel
This position is based in Sickla, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

* Relevant academic education, preferably technical background
* Experience of negotiating international insurance in the Swedish market (at least 5-10 years' experience from insurance industry or from similar Risk Management-function)
* Comprehensive insurance knowledge within property, business interruption, liability, financial lines and marine cargo. A plus if knowledge within any of the following areas: cyber, M&A, captive management
* Experience of and interest in global manufacturing industry company
In this role you need analytical skills and being an excellent communicator with a flexible and solutions-oriented mindset as the role involves daily contact with multiple stakeholders, both with our companies and with external parties as insurance brokers, risk engineers and underwriters. A changing business and risk environment requires relevance in risk management and insurance solutions, and you should be prepared to be innovative and be able to work through with projects even during times of high pressure.
