Rice processing Mill Sweden AB is one of the largest rice processing companies in Sweden. It provides high quality rice both domestically and throughout other European and Baltic States. The company is currently working to establish a large rice processing plant designed to polish rice. The final product is finished polished rice for domestic use and exporting.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The rice processing operational manager will be responsible of optimal completion of rice processing operation and trading of rice in Sweden and other countries. The person will perform following tasks.
• To ensure the successful process of all legal business matters for the company.
• Purchasing of raw rice material with the all legal concerns.
• Monitoring and controlling the rice processing operations in the company.
• To constantly monitor and improve equipment performance and identify and resolve issues of the IT network and Rice Processing units.
• Follow quality control processes to ensure minimal rejection.
• Manage the trading of rice for the company and must involve in the international rice trading.
• To perform other duties as directed by the company related to trading of rice, constitutional Acts of the concern countries and rice processing operations.
• To ensure the supply and demand chain of the rice.
• To ensure effective and efficient rice processing operation in the company
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
• Must have good experience to differentiate between qualities of rice.
• Experience of purchasing rice from different rice markets of the world.
• Good experience to perform and manage the rice processing operations.
• Experience to perform managerial tasks in a rice processing industry.
• Knowledge of trading constitution Act of Asia and Europe.
• Good experience of IT and Windows platform
• Fluent in English language.
• Good business communication skills
• No bounding of traditional 9-5 job timing
• Frequently domestic and international Traveling
