• know linux, html, php, mysql and possibly AJAX, css, Ruby, Python or C++

• have experience in the web 2.0+ arena.
• understand the benefits of the various programming languages.
• understand complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
• effectively employ many different database design techniques.
• possess demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.
• possess significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
• creates well designed, reusable objects.
• understand browser specific compatibility issues.
• understand the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
• are fluent in English
• may be fluent in another language
• are open to working with many cultures and languages
• have experience in working with different cultures and views
