Within the RF data converter team, we are now looking for the Developer that can take a leading role in setting up and drive the development of the Data converter and RFIC validation lab located in Linköping. Your role will primarily be to develop the lab, take ownership of it, and be a helping the mixed-signal design team in measurements and improvement area in current design. On top of this other areas such as PCB design, production test development, and FGPA/SW development will become an integral part of your daily work. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of building up and maintain a measurement lab with high caliber measurement equipment
You will drive strategic technical leadership within the measurement area
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
Develop and test high quality products
Work as an integral part of a high performing mixed-signal ASIC design team to ensure high quality products in a timely manner
Leading best practices in measurements
Help designers to prepare PCB designs and prepare the design from a testing and production test perspective
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
Key Qualifications:
Education: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics or similar
Min years of experience: 5+ years of experience in measurement lab setups and high frequency measurement technique
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Business understanding
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and Organizing
Additional Requirements:
Understanding of high-performance measurement equipment
5+ years of experience in measurement lab setups and high frequency measurement techniques
Production test/wafer test development background is considered a plus.
FPGA programming and low-level driver implementation is considered a plus.
