The client is responsible for integration and test of Radio Control S/W. The work is done in very close collaboration with software designers, hardware development and system test.
The RF test engineer will be responsible for integration and test of RFIC and RF SW. He/she will do preparations and test the functionality as well as the performance. The work will involve advance analyse of requirements, vector generations, developing test environments, writing test specifications and design of test scripts. The environment and test scripts are Python based.
The testing will be performed in the clients lab environment, so experience of lab work and different instruments are of importance. The work is done in an international environment, which requires that you feel confident in using English both verbally, as well as in writing.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge in RF
• Good knowledge in WCDMA, GSM and/or LTE Layer 1
• Experience in test development and test procedures
• Experience with test instruments like base station simulators, signal vector generators, spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes
• Well organized and structured in your work
• Flexible and having the ability to prioritize
• Good social skills since much of the work will be in teams
• Knowledge in C programming or similar
• Experience in Rational ClearCase or other CM tools
Master of Science in Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent.
