hela Sverige As a Lead Field Application Engineer you will have an independent role in driving projects towards Infineon 's customers. Your focus will be to run the projects from start all the way to the end. This includes, among other things, to execute and/or lead others in performing RF measurements and validations on component and sub system level to support customers ' design. You will also be working with supporting customers RF design projects by working in close cooperation with their design teams and product line experts to identify their needs and make the best possible product and design proposals in response.
In order to succeed in this role we believe that you have a Master's degree or Ph.D, preferably within electronics/RF-area. We believe that you have several years of experience within RF-design & RF-system architecture. Furthermore, we find you being a person with natural leadership skills and probably experience from leading virtual or direct reporting teams. We think that you are able to build high trust relationships with key engineering leaders at customer by means of presence, competence, reliability and service mindset. For this position we also need a person who is capable of understanding system performance impact of components, RF characteristics and possible design countermeasures.
