Through UCG Recruitment we also help customers recruit personnel in the same areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.
Now we are helping a customer in the Stockholm area to find a person as specified below för employment asap.
Job Description
The RF/antenna knowledge is the DNA of the company. This is what they are known for and this is what their customers appreciate the most. Obviously they have a need for a wide range of experience levels and competence areas.
We are looking for associates who may help develop new innovative antenna solution for mobile devices. The antenna technology for these applications is evolving rapidly, and it is essential to be proactive to stay on top. This is done in cooperation with customers but also independently in new antenna concept projects.
The customers are always demanding quick response and the fierce competition forces us to deliver excellent results. It is important that you appreciate high speed and that you are flexible enough to change from one task to another with a short period of notice. You will get good support from your colleagues and managers. This is a team effort, and we always focus very much on your ability to function in smaller teams.
You will have contacts with our customers, primarily with the big handset manufacturers in Europe. The company does everything from research to manufacturing of the products, and everything in-between. Depending on where you end up in the organization you will focus on certain phases.
