hela Sverige Talangjägarna is currently looking for an experienced Electronic/RF and ASIC Designer on behalf of our customer - one of Europe's top research institutes to be located in either Kista, Stockholm, Gothenburg or preferably in Norrköping (the center of project activites). Together with industry and academia, our customer develops and industrializes new materials and components within the electronic and optical domains.
Your tasks
You will design RF and microwave circuits and systems in the world's most advanced semiconductor processes. This will include the design of next-generation communication circuit building blocks such as mixers and amplifiers. In addition you have the opportunity to work with high frequency packaging and antenna design.
You will participate in a project team and perform RF-ASIC design activities including virtual design, and simulation at the system and transistor level. Then you will perform testing and verification of the circuit components using an advanced electronic testing laboratory. Documentation and publication of the results are included.

Your qualifications
You have proven analytical and design skills in RF/ASIC for high frequency and analog/mixed signal electronics. Experience with electromagnetic simulation using full-field EM CAD software and antenna design is also beneficial. You have some years of work experience with the ASIC design methodology or a PhD with relevant practical experience.
You are self-motivated and can work in a very structured way. You like taking initiatives and appreciate personal responsibilities with the social competence. You like to work in small teams, where the members are multidisciplinary.
Start: Immediately, initial contract of 3 months.
Location: Norrköping, Kista or Gothenburg
Work hours: Fulltime, office hours
