hela Sverige We are searching for Reward Partner to be located in Sweden. This role is part of the global HR organization and specifically the Compensation and Benefits Centre of Expertise, CoE. In this role you will support Compensation and Benefits activities across the different functions represented in Sweden and contribute to the achievement of Compensation and Benefits CoE?s global priorities.
The role will be placed at AstraZeneca Södertälje or Gothenburg, Sweden.
The role
In this role you are accountable for:
Leading day to day management of reward delivery and also acting as an expert resource providing advice on reward strategic and policy development
Leading delivery in core compensation programmes including job analysis and evaluation, pay benchmarking, analysing compensation and benefits surveys, annual compensation review
Maintaining understanding of external compensation and benefits environment
Developing and maintaining good relationship with employee unions. You also participate in salary negotiations on central and local levels.
Working across the HR function, aligning compensation policy and delivery with wider HR and business objectives
Supporting complex hires by providing insight in local compensation and benefit structure
Proactively supporting HR business partners and managers with global responsibilities
Securing high quality annual compensation review by building collaboration with internal stakeholders and managing data accuracy
Supporting in the communication of compensation policy decisions both within and outside HR
Managing and maintaining compensation policies ensuring adherence with legal and best practice competitive approaches
Securing compliance to local legislation and legally required reporting for example Equal pay reporting
Succeeding in this role requires
Master?s degree in related field
Expert knowledge of policies, process, procedures pertaining to compensation and benefits in Sweden
Experience in collaborating with employee unions
Advanced analytical skills
Experience in project management
Excellent ability to engage, influence, negotiate with major stakeholders
Good presentation skills
Experience in executing global processes locally
Experience in working effectively in a global team
Established networks within local compensation and benefits community
