Main responsibilities:
• Regularly review Winningtemp's financial transactions, sales contracts and business practices
• Providing guidance for operational improvement to achieve company revenue objectives
• Identify revenue risks and develop control plans and drive the KPI/OKR process
• Review product pricing and profitability prior implementation
• Monthly reviews of customer sales and profitability per product including financing costs
• Prepare and conduct corporate and unit level business reviews - including develop and prepare various reports together with CFO (mgmt. team, Board, funding rounds etc.)
• Drive and lead budget and forecast processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Have minimum 5 + years of equivalent experience from a global industry
• Meritorious if experienced in managing staff
• Adequate experience from SaaS / Start up
• Fluent in English
• Meritorious if skilled in BW and Dashboard solutions
Skills & abilities:

• Self-motivated, organized team player with ability to manage work priorities in a fast-paced environment
