What awaits you?
* Drive Profitability: Support and optimize the profitability and cost efficiency of our retail partners through performance tracking.
* Financial Partnership: Act as the financial counterpart for field forces, business departments, and external consulting agencies.
* Insightful Analytics: Ensure availability, assessment, and validation of relevant data to make informed financial decisions.
* Process Improvement: Streamline finance and accounting procedures at the retailer partner level.
* Quality Data Management: Maintain the quality and comprehensiveness of data and relevant statistics.
* Strategic Project Objectives: Provide key support in strategic projects, with a focus on data quality and completeness. Handle ad hoc projects and topics as needed.
* Be a part of a team who works in a fun energetic environment.
What should you bring along?
* Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience within controlling and/or accounting.
* Experience and interest in financing and controlling as well as good knowledge in the areas of company development and company organization.
* Good knowledge of IT system management with attention to detail and a curious mindset.
* Enjoy working with numbers and have a detail and quality-oriented approach, with proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
* Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English, as well as any other Nordic language.
In this role it is important to be highly analytical and skilled in identifying patterns and insights. You are detail-oriented and collaborative, as well as adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Furthermore, you are a strategic thinker and able to provide valuable insights for financial success. Strong communication skills and being able to effectively convey financial insights is crucial.

Further information
The position is located at BMW 's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
