The Digital & IT Retail Development area is transforming to embrace Agile practices and is witnessing a surge in demand for innovative digital solutions. We have exciting challenges to solve including optimization of the customer journey across multiple platforms, a new approach to used equipment, evolution of how we manage attachments, translation automation, and much more.
Right now we are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Global Digital and IT Retail Development team to accelerate digitizing our Dealer and Customer experience.
Opportunity description:
Work in an environment focused on cross functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation with our global network of employees within Digital & IT, the regions, our dealers, and customers.
Drive discussions with relevant stakeholders to identify areas of transformation and to sustain, improve and further develop the roadmap and strategy.
Perform key roles in global projects and initiatives based on business need.
Manage all aspects of solution management and lifecycle for selected solutions.
Engage in further developing and creating an enhanced Dealer and Customer Experience.
Be a mentor to others in Volvo CE's digital transformation and embrace of new ways of working.
Mindset and Competence: You have an IT background, have broad experience, are willing to wear many hats, and know how to effectively utilize Information Technology to develop the business.
You have experience with agile methodologies.
You are independent, self-motivated, and thrive in an environment of uncertainty where you are entrusted to make the right decisions.
You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, fond of technology, and have a "make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude.
You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself and as an example to others.

We believe you have a university degree and some years of experience working with IT solutions.
It is beneficial if you have worked in a role as a product owner, project manager or business analyst in IT.
You have experience in motivating people and lead through enthusiasm.
