Huawei is one of the top Telecom Company worldwide, and our Device Department in Kista is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop Swedish retail strategies and GTM planes together with management, sales & marketing department and align this with Regional HQ direction.
• Be the Swedish key contact person for all retail matters internally and externally.
• Benchmark against the best Huawei retail markets and transfer good ideas into the Swedish market.
• Implement all GTM plans in retail and follow on results and take action for improvement if needed.
• Analyze competitor actions on the market including price, tariff, offers, segments development, and investment and suggest Huawei action to win in retail.
• In charge of retail agency and the retail specialist employed through them.
• Analyze & monitor all work and action taken by retail specialists and develop improvement plans if needed. Have contacts with them on daily basis to support and coach them to maximize their performance.
• Analyze and follow up reports sent in by the product specialist through retail agency.
• Implement all retail projects launched by Huawei and follow up on results.
• Do regular store checks to secure the in store quality of Huawei material and retail action both with and without our product specialists.
• Develop reports and meeting presentation for Nordic and regional office.
• Support sales in customer meeting and take charge of customer retail projects.
• Support marketing team with information knowledge and analyzes of retail situation.
• Host store visits of management.
Requirements:
• Good understanding and experience of telecom retail environment
• Good understanding of terminal retail catalogue and products
• Strong background within strategic retail and merchandising management
• Knowledge of quantitative and analytical skills
• Great team player with strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships
• Strong communicative skills in both Swedish and English
• Heavy Smartphone user with great knowledge from Android
• 2 -3 years experience in retail marketing or merchandising
• Availability for a limited amount of traveling.
