As a Retail Key Account Manager, you will develop business plans, sales strategies and execution with our retail key accounts, which will ensure Huawei Consumer Business Group to reach their targets. You will be responsible of selling Huawei Smart Phones, Tablets, Wearable's and Mobile Broadband products to Sweden retail distributers and will report to local Director of Consumer Business Group. You would work in our Huawei Technologies Sweden office in Stockholm.



Responsibilities:

Developing Retail business with Sweden retailers on Huawei Smart Phones, Tablets, Wearable's and Mobile Broadband products;
Implementing the strategies on retail, sales and cooperate with other MKT, finance, service and delivery team to meet the sales targets and exceed the market share of Huawei Device;
Developing and maintain the customer relationship with the distributers.


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Good negotiation and communication skills;
Good relationship management skills, can build and maintain strong relationships with retail distributors to ensure success;
Understanding the distributors' business organizations and their buying cycles;
Have natural ability to see the big picture with clear understanding, what all it takes to be successful, from sell in to sell out;
Strong team player, results oriented and able to work well in rapidly changing environment;
A self-motivated with multi-tasking ability;
Never give up mentality;
Good computer skills (PPT, EXCEL, WORD).


Education Background Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or other corresponding majors;
Good knowledge of telecom and mobility products is obligatory.
Sweden: Fluent Swedish & English in Speaking, Reading and Writing.


Work Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have +2 years' experience in retail, for example distributors, hardware manufacturers, retail partners or operators. You have successful and proven track record of reaching your sales targets and other key objectives. People in the industry know you, and you know them!
