We are looking for a Retail Experience Specialist, where you are a part of the Region Europe & Region Europe & ROW Retail Trade Marketing team based at the Regional HQ in Malmö.
The team is responsible for merchandizing solutions, store concepts and in-store communication for a business that generates 4 Bio SEK in sales in 105 countries and with more than 3,000 Thule Retail Partners.
The role has two main tasks:
- Implement Thule visual merchandising tools and guidelines and train the region's Visual Merchandizing staff that work in the major markets as well as major and retail distribution partners in the markets
- Develop new visual retail campaigns materials, in close co-operation with the Retail Merchandising Manager and in-house marketing team as well as external partners, to brief to the in-house agency and supplier
We are looking for someone who is highly driven, who loves retail, understands the importance of brands and believes that the details are crucial in creating an inspiring in-store retail experience.
In order to succeed as Retail Experience Specialist, you need to work pro-actively and solution-oriented; be able to visualize and present your ideas in an inspiring and clear manner; be an excellent communicator with exceptional service level towards internal/external partners; appreciate an entrepreneurial environment and be positive regarding travel to store locations in Europe
We trust you have a relevant background of at least 2-3 years' experience from a similar role within retail, training in the field of marketing and merchandizing together with an academic degree. You need to have a very high communicative ability in English, an ability to communicate messages both verbally and in writing to inspire, motivate and create commitment. We believe you have a positive attitude; an ability to deliver high quality in everything you do; are service minded and do not shy away from taking initiatives.
