We are now looking for a Retail Engagement Executive to our headquarter in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

Arbetsuppgifter
As the Retail Engagement Executive, you will function as our expert in category and space management knowledge. The role is responsible for category and space management projects and tactical advice to our strategic retail partners, based on shopper insights and retail analysis on a continuous basis, resulting in strategy driven space management and enhanced category performance. The role is in addition responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating Retail Engagement Programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing our position and visibility in retail as well as creating loyalty and advocacy. The role reports to the Trade Planning Manager and you will work in close cooperation with Key Account Management, Brand Marketing and our external advertising agency.
Your main job content will be:
• Category and Space Management through use of Nielsen Space management software, creating planograms and placement advice for our strategic retail partners.
• Develop and implement category management projects and processes with strategic retailers in order to maintain or move to category advisor position.
• Development and maintenance of merchandising guidelines for field force in line with Brand and trade marketing strategies.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate Retail Engagement Programs, events and contests.

Bakgrund
Key skills needed to succeed in this role:
• Strong communication skills in a matrix organisation
• Strong coordination, organisation and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain a structured approach in an ever changing environment
• Strong negotiator and net-worker
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Swedish
Qualifications
We believe you have a relevant university degree or a working experience which is equal to the previous. We also think that you have at least 2 years of previous work experience in marketing and/or sales of FMCG. It is also a great advantage if you are used to working with external marketing agencies and developing sales contests.
The person we are looking for, also has an ability to influence other people with substantiated facts and is used to working independently, taking a proactive and creative approach to all the work tasks.
