Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: Category Management All around cleaning within Electrolux Small Appliances EMEA in continous contact/collaboration with European Clusters .Define the white space within the category and feed in the Global Product line .Responsibility of phase in-phase out of ranges in EMEA . In contact with the cluster to understand business case relevance and tailor the product offer to cluster needs. .Ensuring proper regionalisation of all models .Coordination with Demand Flow and Sales Planning on the timing of the new launches. .Category Value preposition adherence, building category awareness and deliver on sales targets within category .Addressing special customer commercialisation needs .Co-develop with the Marketing Activation Managers the Category Merchandising Guidelines .Regional PnL responsibility of the category .Proofreading with Sales Clusters of provided IFU translations
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: . Crosscollaboration, . Team working . Available to travel to key Regional markets . Experience in Small Appliances is a plus . University degree in Marketing / Business / Engineering . At least 5 years experience in sales / product management . Team working . Ability to work and communicate in and with cross functional , multinational and multicultural teams . Ability to work independently and to cross-collaborate in teams . Project Management skills . Strong drive . Negotiation skills
