Qualifications
Regional Manager to the Stockholm office
Rishworth Aviation now wants to recruit an ambitious and well-educated Regional Manager that will lead a team of three people reporting to the Regional Director also based in Stockholm.
The Regional Manager will enjoy an international atmosphere. The office language is English when in contact with airline clients, pilots and cabin crew and when communicating with head office in Auckland, New Zealand. The role includes:
Taking an active part in the recruitment of new personnel for our airline clients,
ensuring adherence the internal compliance procedures when it comes to documents provided by candidates.
following closely invoicing and payment routines
ensuring cost efficient operations in Stockholm
Personal qualities
Rishworth Aviation is looking for candidates who have:
a Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, law, engineering or similar
previous work experience from recruitment or Human Resources
experience as Key Account Manager with the ability to further develop new business with current clients
Experience from manager roles in companies with 3 to 20 employees is preferred
Personal skills:
Ambitious with strong work ethics
Well organized and structured person with capabilities to be responsible for the day-to-day operation
Flexible and ability to work with short deadlines.
