Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a RESS System Design Engineer
You will be part of the ABT organization within NEVS and responding to the ABT Mechanical Integration Manager, with strong responsibility in Designing and delivering manufacturing effective and robust integration solutions on gate time for current and upcoming projects.
Will take charge on Specifying, Overall system design, Components selection, Module developments, EMC considerations for all RESS systems. Best Practices knowledge is a high priority, together with:
• Strong and Updated knowledge all Market available power electronics components
• Experience In E-Drive system configurations
• Several project experience
• Vast Knowledge on latest BMS HW and SW tendencies and experience in system configuration
• Several full EV automotive project experience
• Experience in High power and high voltage Pack (Over 30kW 600Ah peak) developments.
• HV Best integration Practices
• EMC expertise
• HV Safety procedures for integration and manufacturing
• Knowledge in High Power interconnection systems
• Circuit Technology and EMC
• Hierarchical and distributed automation systems
• Electric Power Engineering, Fundamentals
• Power System Networks
• Stability and Control in Electric Power Systems
We are looking for someone who has:
• Minimum education of a Master of Science in High Power Electronic Engineering.
• Hands on experience from RESS field, minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of tools: CANalyzer, Canoe,
• CAN bus protocol.
• Basic knowledge Or-CAD and VISIO
• Standard, ISO 26262
• Several project experience
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Driver license B
