Our Operations Project Management group at Galderma in Uppsala manages industrial development & investment projects for medical device and pharmaceutical products within the Aesthetics area. We are now looking for an Operations PMO that can lead our Operations Project Portfolio and the development of our project processes.
About the role
As Operations PMO, you will provide project portfolio leadership and day-to-day project process support to Industrialization project teams in the Operations Group. In close collaboration with other functions within the company, you will drive the Operations project portfolio. This will ensure long-term capability of efficient supply of quality products to our customers and contributes to Galdermas short- and long-term growth. As a part of the role, you will also have your own project with focus on early stage and pre-studies.
As Operations PMO, you will:
* Be accountable for project portfolio, project process and maintaining standards within the organization.
* Be responsible for developing and communicating Operations project portfolio strategies, vision and goals
* Chairman of the local portfolio committee team responsible for Operations and Industrial Development project portfolio
* Ensure appropriate reporting of portfolio progress inside and outside of the Uppsala site
* Act as project manager for pre studies and project in early development.
About you
We believe that you have a university degree within engineering, business or science. You have experience as project manager and project portfolio management. If you have experience of pharmaceutical/medical device industry as well, that is an advantage.
We think that you have the following skills and competences:
* Good skills in project management & project portfolio tools and practices
* Good communication skills, both oral and written communication in Swedish and in English
* Good team leadership skills
As Operations PMO, a part of your assignment is to develop and present ideas to both internal and external parties. We therefore believe that you are courageous and at the same time have a high sense of integrity. Through your communicative and social skills, you establish good relationships both within the company as well as externally. You have an open mind and have the ability to motivate others and give feedback in a fruitful manner.
