hela Sverige Perido is now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
As an Administrative Assistant you will take on a wide-ranging and exciting role where you will support and provide administrative assistance to different procurement section's in their processes and work flows. You will have an ever-changing workday that offers various tasks and responsibilities, including:
• Administer correspondence and notifications to tenderers and contractors including drafting of documents based on templates
• Manage electronic and paper documents, scan and archive documents according to the agency 's procurement archiving policy
• Respond to queries and requests with a high level of service attitude, tact, discretion and confidentiality
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
To be successful and enjoy this role you need organisational and administrative skills, and a basic knowledge of procurement/financial workflows is favourable. We believe that you have an eye for details, can make suggestions of improvements along with the ability to take initiative in your work. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your work accordingly, as well as mange responsibilities and confidential information with a high-level of discretion is essential for this role. We believe that you have excellent service mindset and the capability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally as well as externally.

Required qualifications
• Post-secondary education and relevant professional experience
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant/secretary, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good numeral skills and experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time assignment with start as soon as possible until the end of June, extension is foreseen
