Job Summary
The Customer Service Organization is responsible for executing resource planning and scheduling of field force for a defined Market Operation. We are ensuring that the right competences and engineer, are assigned to the right demand at the right time and at the right cost.

For strengthening our current team, we are now looking for a professional and experienced colleague to fulfil the role of a Resource Planner. The team plan and schedule all types of fields activities. Both the mandatory and solutions kits are planned in a timely manner and with a high level of quality and stakeholder involvement.
In this role you will belong to the network of all central planners internationally and work in close collaboration with many other different colleagues around the world, and all with different stakeholder involvements. You will report to the Resource Planner Leader.
This is a temporary position for 12 months located in Lund, Sweden. You will work in a global arena. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
As our new colleague you will:
Execute resource planning and scheduling of the Field Force, MRKs and solution kits for a defined area with consistent application, full transparency for all involved stakeholders, and by using the approved processes.
Together with Resource Planning Leader, participate in the analysis of short- and mid-term capacity constraints, and coordinate capacity adjustment actions through own regional resources.
Drive operational planning, forecasting and effective implementation of mandatory & solutions kits, defined by the organization Development & Technology and Issue Resolution team for the market areas.
Participate in deploying visual management and KPIs for planning & scheduling.
Collaborate with other teams involved in Installed Based equipment master data and make sure updates are accordingly with mandatory & solutions kits deployment to enable automated extension.
Participate in the share & learn, continuous improvement activities and implementation of best practices related to planning and scheduling.

We believe you have
University Bachelor in technical/ business disciplines or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of work experience within Technical Service or relevant planning or customer service positions
IT literate, MS Office knowledge with SAP R3 as advantage
Very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must

To be successful in this position we believe you are used to work in a fast-paced environment, both with your colleagues and on own initiatives. You have good level of analytical problem-solving methodology and the ability to follow standard processes and commitment to troubleshooting system problems. You are self-driven and decisive, with excellent negotiation skills to motivate and influence people at all levels.
Furthermore, we believe that you are used to lead or work in projects and like being a part of a team. You have great communication skills and a good understanding and experience of service business, service products and are truly customer oriented.
