hela Sverige We are looking for a RESH Manager responsible for our plants in Falkenberg and Mölnlycke. You will be responsible for providing a professional and comprehensive Health, Safety, Risk Environment and Security function that meets the legislation as well as business needs. The role is also responsible for the facilities department.
The Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 400 employees is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is "fast moving consumer goods". In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe.
Mölnlycke Plant is producing special airlaid material and the product range covers wash gloves, soft wipes, hygiene sheets, cell cloth and Libero Dry Wipes. The brands are TENA, Tork and Libero. There are about 40 employees working in the Mölnlycke Plant.
The position is located in Falkenberg and part of both Falkenberg and Mölnlycke plants Management Teams. You will report to Site Manager and you will have seven direct reportees.
Other responsibilities
Responsible for Emergency preparedness and business continuity on site.
Development of site's RESH strategy towards a mature RESH culture using the systems and standards of internal and external benchmarking to guarantee continuous improvement in these areas. Both operational and in execution projects.
Provide direction and support managers in the implementation and maintenance of safety, health, safety and environmental systems and standards.
Implement and sustain the Environmental Audit program including internal, corporate and external audits.
Remain informed of the legal requirements and documentation and ensures that changes are implemented
Ensure the necessary training related to the RESH systems & standards.
Provide expert support to the Site's managers to implement Essity's enablers and the associated goals to secure and ensure that the site complies with laws and regulations and corporate standards and policies.
Supports the organization in Incident Management and investigations aiming to provide a learning culture and avoid personal injury, damages and health risks.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of fire prevention and perimeter protection of the plant
Develop, coach and when appropriate lead the necessary forums to follow up status and drive improvements (i.e. Safety Committee, Site Covid prevention Task Force)
Keep running the implementation of company's reporting platform
Coach and implement Safety leadership programs on site to contribute to culture developments and continuous improvement
Ensure an effective system to provide Facility management such as cleaning, building maintenance and outdoor area maintenance
Ensure that Facility related inspections and audits are conducted according to standards and regulations
Ensure that Facility documentation such as drawings, inspections protocols and system descriptions is up to date and according to Essity standards
Who You Are
Bachelor Degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience as Safety and Health Manager in a large production organization
Excellent skills in the English language, both written and spoken
Proven leadership and coach experience on safety culture development and programs
Experience with TPM is a big plus
