About the role
As a Researcher, you will be working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for the first steps of the recruitment process such as defining organizational needs, mapping criteria and competences, creating job descriptions and searching for candidates, mainly via LinkedIn Recruiter. You will contact qualified candidates and develop relationships in order to attract candidates and strengthen the brand. You will conduct screenings, create candidate presentations, and book interviews for your colleagues and clients.
Requirements
Experience of working as a Researcher, preferably for a mix of roles on both junior and senior level Solid experience in working with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience from other search tools is considered a meritBasic understanding of IT and software development and/or experience from a professional services firmGood understanding of relevant candidate markets and a drive to stay updatedGood knowledge of the Google Suite and enjoy administrative tasksHold a relevant academic degree, preferably within IT/Engineering or BusinessBe fluent in both written and spoken EnglishBasic understanding of Swedish and have the willingness to learn more
