Our client has 65 years' experience in leadership consulting. Over the decades, they 've built a reputation for delivering meaningful impact for their clients - from the world's largest companies from entrepreneurial startups to nonprofit organizations. They are searching for an ambitious Research Associate to join their Nordic team, either in the Stockholm or Copenhagen office. As an Associate, you are an essential member of their search teams, combining research, assessment and relationship-building skills to deliver extraordinary service and value to their clients.
They are looking for professionals who are going to work within Financial Services or the Healthcare sector. Your duties will include:
• Take ownership in client engagements to understand client needs and advise them around talent, succession planning, organizational set up etc.
• Understand various business strategies and gather relevant information regarding appropriate industries and target companies, including identifying potential candidates and sources for intel.
• Represent clients effectively in the marketplace and present comprehensive output in terms of market feedback, evaluations, qualified candidates and comprehensive assessment work, including driving independent interviews. Take full responsibility for search projects through strong project management, engaging various team members on each project and serving as a sparring partner towards both clients and partners of the firm.
The position is a direct recruitment with an immediate start date and extends indefinitely. The recruitment process is handled by StudentConsulting but you will be employed directly via the client. You will receive a solid introduction. The working hours will be flexible and the working week will at times extend to more 37 hours depending on projects. The workplace is located in the very centre of Stockholm/Copenhagen.
Publiceringsdatum2022-02-25ProfilWe're looking for you who have 2-5 years 'work experience from another consulting firm or a corporate function where multiple projects are the norm. E.g. Domain expertise from an HR or business function within the financial services or healthcare industry that can be leveraged to advise clients. Furthermore, you have a graduate degree where to the client welcomes diverse educational backgrounds. You must be fluent in English and Swedish; any additional language skills are considered an advantage. As a person, you are analytically strong and eager to immerse in and structure business challenges. You must also be a strong communicator, a relationship builder and be responsible. You also have to be proactive and independent accustomed to managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Are you the person we're describing above?
