We are now looking for a high-potential young professional to our Stockholm office who is interested in a future career as an executive search consultant.
RESEARCHER ? EXECUTIVE SEARCH - STOCKHOLM
Interested in a creative, intellectually challenging and demanding position in the Executive search industry?
At SOURCE you will start up as a researcher during the first couple of years working in team with our consultants where your task is to identify and attract qualified candidates to our search assignments. Gradually you will earn more responsibility and handle your own search assignments, as well as being involved in our other HR related consulting assignments. The task requires a high degree of critical thinking, creativity and social skills along with business- and result orientation.
You will be working with assignments in the entire Nordic region so fluency in Swedish and English is a must! Fluency in Finnish is beneficial.
We require that you have an academic degree including at least one year professional studies in psychology, HRM or behavioral sciences. You have high expectations on your employer in terms of ethical and professional standards, and prefer to work in a consulting environment that is result oriented, structured, and innovative. We believe that you have already distinguished yourself in your previous experience and we are keen to hear more about your achievements.
