Our Integrated Product Research Department in the
business area Field Crops Europe is responsible for
product development within the business area, using
new and existing technologies. We are developing
products for the important agricultural regions in
Europe. Presently, there are seven members of staff in
the department three of which are in Sweden and four
in Holland. We are now recruiting a fourth member for
the location in Sweden. Your main focus will be on the
technology Application of Actives and Additives, with
a focus on seed-applied plant growth promotors. You
will be responsible for the development and fine-tuning
of new and existing products and technologies, as
well as organizing laboratory and international field
trials. Supporting various INCOTEC departments
and customers will also be an important part of your
responsibilities.
You are:
You have an education and experience in biology/
chemistry/agronomy at higher vocational level. You
have strong analytical and methodology skills. You are
creative, flexible, multifunctional, responsible and you
enjoy a job that can be intensive in periods.
You enjoy working independently but you also pursue
collective objectives. You have skills in communication
making research reports and presentations to customers
and your level of English, written and spoken, is good.
