hela Sverige We are looking for you who have a PhD in Protein Biochemistry OR a first degree in Protein Biochemistry and five years laboratory based experience with focus on purification of recombinant proteins.
Key Responsibility Areas will be:
• Cloning, expression and purification of various target protein constructs.
• Characterization of recombinant proteins using e.g. SDS-PAGE, Western-Blot, LC-MS, NMR.
• Keep close communication with representatives from crystallography and enzymology and actively participate in the design of new protein constructs.
• Be activeky involved in project work.
This is a temporary position for approximately one year. You will be employed by Aktivia Science Work AB but will be working at our client pharmaceutical company in the Stockholm area. Since this is a temporary position it is an advantage to live in the Stockholm area or to be able to easily arrange for living there.
