hela Sverige As the Research Manager your main responsibilities will be:
• driving the new frontiers for research at the naphthenics business
• leading a team of three senior researchers
• following the technical and regulatory development relevant to the industry
• maintaining and increasing the competence of the group
• keeping and developing a network within the Nordic and global Universities and Research Institutes
• managing projects for development of new products/ process /services/competence
• communicating developed technical competence at external and internal seminars
The successful candidate:
• holds a PhD degree and 3-4 years of preferably industrial experience or a period as post doc
• has strong analytical skills, a critical view, and the ability to be creative in a strictly regulated environment
• has excellent communication skills, coaching approach, and ability to motivate and inspire people
• has excellent skills in English and well developed IT skills
• Is able to explain complicated matters in a clear, understandable way
• feels comfortable to make presentations to senior management
