Responsibilities:
Lead and define 4.5G/5G terminal Antennas roadmap and prototype antenna system solution.
Lead and participate in the design and development of terminal prototype RF/antenna system.
Make sure together with SW architects that HW has the necessary capabilities to support the phone?s SW functionality and performance
Keep track on the prototype development and plan for improvements.
Qualifications Required:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, high frequency microwave engineering, antenna design, or a related major.
Deep theoretical foundation and rich industry experience from mobile platform development
Design experience in antennas of metal cell phones and 10+ years? work experience in antennas.
Knowledge of principles, features, and indicator improving methods of common antennas
Knowledge of common solutions of problems, such as the SAR, HAC, head-hand simulation, isolation, and ECC, and ability to come up with technical innovation ideas
Knowledge of the electromagnetic field, microwave technology, antenna principle, antenna measurement, and communication mechanism
Familiarity with principles and technologies of array antennas
Experience of the MIMO, Smart antenna, and 4.5G/5G antenna throughput performance research.
Excellent knowledge of wireless communications.

Enthusiasm and open minded to invent new.
