hela Sverige - Responsibility to lead and participate in assigned RD&I product and process development projects and activities and to report progress and results according to the PULSE-methodology of the RD&I-department
• Ensure progress in assigned projects and activities through leading and coordinating team members
• Responsibility to initiate and support product and process development in implementation stages, like production scale-up
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the scale-up process
• Responsibility to support production with chemical and technical trouble shooting and to participate in assigned RCPS activities
• Master of Science in Chemistry/Chemical engineering or corresponding education, preferably with 3-4 years of relevant job experience
• Experience from product & process development and production scale up is beneficial
• Experience from handling of multivariate data and/or simulation techniques is meriting
• Experience in project work and project management is also beneficial
• Good ability of technical and chemical problem solving
• Good communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good awareness of safety, health and environmental regulations
