We have an extensive research & development program within the area of CO2 capture, and are determined to be a world-leader within this field too. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Research Engineer to support our Technology Managers. You will be located in Växjö, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• process model development and improvement
• material- and heat balance calculations
• pinch analysis
• developing test programs for measurement campaigns
• development of main process documents like process flow diagrams and process and instrumentation
diagrams
• interfacing with other disciplines to support the design/construction of pilots and full scale plants
• participate in measurement campaigns and commissioning, start-up and operation of plants
Qualifications
• higher technical degree (BS or MSc in Chemical or Mechanical engineering)
• relevant experience from research work and/or process industry
• experience with analyzing techniques and interpretation of experimental data
• interested in environmental issues
• practical problem solving skill
• be creative and make things happen
• work well both in teams and on an independent basis
• written and oral fluency in English
