Fully developed it will receive more than 2 000 scientists annually. 200 people are currently employed at the MAX IV Laboratory.
Tasks:
The Balder beamline is dedicated to XAS and XES techniques with focus on in-situ studies in energy range 2.
4-40 keV. The beamline is in commissioning phase at the 3 GeV storage ring at the MAX IV Laboratory and is expected to go into user operation from 2018.
We are now looking for a research engineer with strong background and interest in hard X-ray synchrotron radiation based techniques and instrumentation, preferably in XAFS spectroscopy or X-ray emission spectroscopy. You are expected to lead assembly and installation of instrumentation of the experimental station and participate in commissioning.
