Our employees mean everything to us, and our ambition is to provide good work-life-balance to all our co-workers.About the roleAs a Research Engineer you will work in the EU financed project WOOL2LOOP were Ecophon will develop and scale up a new type of acoustic panels based on fully recycled mineral wool. The work will require practical problem solving and a creative mindset in combination with a structured experimental approach and persistence. Documentation and reporting should be done in an organized way.The position, which at first will be a project employment, will be located at the R&D and Innovation department at Ecophon in Hyllinge were also other development projects with partially overlapping topics are run. Flexibility and an ability to rapidly get into new topics is highly valued since you will work in close collaboration with other people and expertise with relevance for the EU project and your assigned area, e.g. chemical emissions, rheology, acoustic properties and mechanical testing.
