hela Sverige We are looking for a research engineer to join our newly established R&D laboratory in Stockholm. Ideal candidate to complement our team would be a protein chemist with a strong background in hybridoma cell culturing, protein purification and immunoassay development.
Your background and profile:
• University degree (BSc / MSc/ PhD) in biotech, biochemistry or equivalent
• Experience in method development and validation
• Experience in immunoassays and sterile technique
• Preferably experience of work according to GMP/GLP standards
• Preferably experience and working knowledge of IVD product regulations and compliance (ISO 13485:2016 , FDA CFR 21 820)
Your responsibilities:
• Expansion and purification of monoclonal antibodies
• Expression and purification of recombinant proteins
• Development of immunoassays ELISA, LFA and other
• Management, optimization and validation of immunological reagents
• Planning, executing and reporting your results to the rest of the team
• Help in establishing and maintaining QMS system
In order to perform your duties, you should be proficient in scientific spoken and written English. Communication in Swedish would be an additional asset.
You are responsible, careful, organized and aware of quality. Furthermore, are driven, do not shy from new challenges and assignments, have good interpersonal skills and likes to have internal and external contacts.
