We are looking for a positive, meticulous and motivated individual to join us in developing and validating new products, applications and production processes, to help grow business by supplying researchers worldwide with high-quality cell culture laminin tools.
The successful applicant will have a science background and proven accomplishments in cell culture, molecular biology, protein purification with a knack for small details and have an instinct to constantly learn and be curious. Candidates should be self-motivated, independent-thinking, with the ability to excel in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment, and see team accomplishments before self-praise.

Your role:
• Participate in product and process development
• Source and nurture required internal collaborations to execute projects
• Provide in-house technical training and transfer, and assist in technical support to customers
• Perform regular literature search and reviews
• Assist in writing Study plans and reports, and document according to standards
• Take full ownership of tasks and projects dedicated to you
• Adhere to the Quality Management System initiatives and requirements
Required qualifications:
• MSc or equivalent as a minimum
• Accountable problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Analytical and investigative mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work well on a solitary basis and as part of a team
• Excellent English skills, written and orally
Desired qualifications:
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Experience with bioreactors is highly advantageous
• Exposure to working under GMP
