We are currently developing and preparing to launch IBP-9414 with a mission to become the first and only approved pharmaceutical grade probiotic to prevent life threatening diseases including NEC and sepsis while promoting healthy GI development in premature infants
The Research Analyst will contribute to the disease and compound scientific platform and publication strategy and execution. Accountabilities also include scientific content creation for external communications to key stakeholder audiences.
Your work will include:
Contributes to strategic input into disease and product plans, gap analysis, strategic workshops, payer value dossier and scientific platform
Develop and execute an integrated publication strategy, that includes congress and journal actions, publication analytics, insights, share of voice and metrics
Assists in development of communication for Scientific Communication
Contributes to commercial and medical launch readiness strategy and planning.
Manages key activities for Strategic Conference Management for key meetings
Assists in development of content for external engagement with HCPs including scientific ad board, digital platforms, HCP forums, etc.
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or MS) required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required in English.
Must have strong personal integrity and customer focus. Partnership and cross-functional collaboration/influence.
Must be able to coordinate, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Demonstrate ability to drive in own area and work closely with other areas of the business to maximize success of medical activities.
Strong project management experience
Operate responsibility to ensure high quality and compliance.
Desirable:
Ideally minimum 2 years in Pharma/Biotech industry
Experience in scientific communication and medical education activities preferred (ability to manage strategic publication planning, development of medical education materials) with a level of understanding in drug development process and pharmaceutical business.
