Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career related surveys on students and graduates around the globe. We aim to monitor communication trends and capture preferences and frustrations. For this autumn, we are looking for an additional team member for our research team who will work with us during one of the most dynamic periods of the year; the Field Period. This is the time when we collect our data!
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Data collection
• Supporting survey preparations
• Conducting company audits
• Helping with data quality checks
Planning and executing of a complex 2 weeks project (31st October - 10th November)
• Preparing training material and conducting training workshops
• Event management
• Structuring and organizing the work for 35 people

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you are:
• A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments
• Good at managing projects and motivated to learn and contribute
• A great relationship builder with strong communication skills who enjoys working in an international setting
• Interested in our areas of expertise
We expect you to have:
• A university degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
• Professional level of spoken and written English (native speaker is a plus)
• Knowledge in German and/or French is a plus
• Research experience from e.g. university studies in quantitative methods
• Experience from working with deadlines and under time pressure
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables)
