We're looking for a passionate colleague to take a lead on improving the Requirements Management process and way-of-working with requirements at H&M IT. We believe in people, and always encourage new ideas and initiatives. In this role you will represent the Requirements discipline towards other areas/functions at H&M IT as well as drive important initiatives related to Requirements Management. As process owner for Requirements Management you will also work closely with a network of requirement leaders to continuously improve our way-of-working, including methodology and tools.
You will have a key role as the link between the central IT Governance function and the IT Divisions regarding all requirements related topics. With this corporate perspective the right candidate will have the possibility to influence the scope and direction for the Requirements discipline across the whole organization. In addition, you will belong to a dedicated central team with the mission to decrease lead times and increase effectiveness, efficiency and stability for H&M IT.

Your responsibilities
The job as Requirements Management Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Drive central initiatives related to Requirements Management aligned with our IT vision for 2020
• Interact closely with a network of requirement leaders to continuously improve our ways-of-working, including methodology, measurements and tools
• Establish and maintain a corporate roadmap for Requirements Management
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Requirements Management and apply this knowledge into an H&M context
• Work together with your central team to address issues outside the requirements' domain
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Several years' experience from large scale IT deliveries and cross-functional projects, but you are also familiar with requirement analysis for smaller agile deliveries
• Experience from different IT platforms knowing that different situations require different requirement handling approaches and skills
• Ability to coach teams and people to improve their ways of working, e.g. requirement analysts, business analysts, architects and testers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience from writing functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience from working with vendors in offshore deliveries and you are aware of challenges that come with a distributed way-of-working
• Ability to represent the requirements discipline towards key stakeholders and areas at H&M as well as having the ability to drive the discipline towards the vision with shorter time to market and increased efficiency
• Experience from different methods in the domain such as Logical Information Modelling, Effect Mapping and User Stories
• Experience from Requirements Management tools and you are familiar with their strengths and limitations
