We are seeking a leader who loves the challenge of managing technical projects and have a flair for requirements and understands its importance.
The Java platforms that we deliver are a key component in Sony Ericsson's SW and the basis for a fast growing world wide business, and a 3rd party development community for both games and mobile applications, where Sony Ericsson has a leading position.
The responsibility includes
• Working with roadmap team for understanding and defining new external requirements
• Working with development teams for understanding and defining new internal requirements
• Interfacing with projects from a requirements perspective
• Interfacing with other development teams for cross-functional requirements
• Creating requirement freezes and baselines and communicating them to all stake holders
• Managing the requirements change control board
• Maintaining and updating requirements
We are now seeking you who have:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in managing projects and requirements
• Basic knowledge of Java platforms and its working
• Effective communicator
• Educational level Master of Science Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Good knowledge in English, both speaking and writing
• Self-motivated driving personality, as well as a team player
Beneficial Experiences/Skills
• Hands on experience in using tools like ProChain
• Working knowledge of DOORS, a tool used for managing requirements
• DOORS administration and knowledge of DXL (DOORS eXtension Language)
• Java/C/C++
• Experience of managing requirements for SW platforms
• Experience of working in SW projects and larger teams
