About the job
As a Requirement Structure Specialist you will be part of the Requirement Management team, being an important stakeholder in the development and approval of new and updated product requirements. You will lead improvement projects within IKEA requirement process as well as supporting the requirement development teams in the daily operation.
About the assignment
• Lead improvement projects within the IKEA requirement process related to requirement management and information management;
• Being the link between the business and IT-solutions to secure effective and efficient ways of working;
• Support the business as a subject matter expert within the area of requirement management and information management;
• Support requirement development teams in the daily operation with requirement structure and applicability;
• Review new and updated IKEA product requirements, including consequence analysis for the business;
• Support the approval and governance of new and updated product requirements;
• Set pre-requisites to follow implementation and compliance of product requirements throughout the value chain;
• Follow up the IKEA organizations' and suppliers' understanding and satisfaction regarding quality and effectiveness. Report and when needed implement corrective actions.
