For a large fashion company in Stockholm, we are now looking for a consultant experienced in requirements and image handling projects.
Publiceringsdatum2012-06-20Dina arbetsuppgifterWithin the marketing division, the delivery area Marketing Production exists to support the production of marketing related content for all the companys brands.
Image production is a big part of the daily work for all brands within the company and to be able to cope with the large amount of images, and other digital assets, a digital asset management (DAM) system is needed, with supporting solutions around it.
We are now looking for a requirement specifier to a new project looking to support one of the company group’s smaller brands. Your assignment will include detailing the requirements around the chosen platform Cumulus and the developed import and export functionalities around it.
To fit the role, you should have the ability to quickly understand how the solution works and how it can be used by the different stakeholders. You need to be able to relate to the business needs as well as cope with a reality that is not set completely. It is also important that you have experience in working with the whole picture where you can see how different aspects affect the solution and its users
Tasks:
• Plan and drive the requirement work for the solution in close cooperation with the business side
• Identify and define stakeholders and their needs
• Formulate system requirements and be able to discuss the solution with our developer and tester during the implementation phase
• Work close with other requirement specifiers to find system cross-system solutions
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Specific competence:
• Experience conducting requirements specification work (preferably user story-driven)
• Experience with agile practices
• Accustomed to manage error reports and change requests
• Preferably experience from having worked on systems handling digital asset management, as well as systems that handle many imports & exports
• Experience with both web-based and client bases systems
• Thorough and structured
• Good at expressing yourself in speech and in writing
• Experience of leading workshops
