Volvo Penta is happy to announce that we are now extending our department and are hiring a Process Manager to aid our department Parts & Service Engineering in a more proactive approach to product projects. A Process Manager who has an extensive knowledge in Volvo or Volvo Penta development processes, aftermarket knowledge and who is ready to take action.
About us:
Parts & Service Engineering is a department within the Volvo Penta Global Parts & Services organization that is responsible for development and support of:
Aftermarket diagnostics tools and software distribution tools for production.
Workshop information
Installation instructions
User manuals
Spare parts information and engineering
Dealer Competence Development
We are now enforcing the organization with employment of one Process Manager in ambition to start frontloading our activities and requirements in the product development projects.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be to:
Drive documentation and development of requirements in product projects together with stakeholders in our different teams to secure Parts & Service Engineering deliverables
Develop and setup process and way of working in coordination with Volvo Penta Development Process (DVP)
Drive continuous improvements in ways of working
Collect and provide input to design reviews
Provide input to steering committee members
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. As a person you are analytical, solution focused and comfortable to work both independently and in teams. Volvo Group development process (DVP)competence and/or Volvo Penta business knowledge is meriting as well as competence in requirement engineering.
You need to have curiosity and drive to take on new possibilities and you have the drive to challenge existing structures. We need you to help us taking steps
