The main sites are located in Sweden, Poland, China, India, Mexico and Brazil. The function employs app. 800 people.
Projects and Range Architecture
Projects and Range Architecture (PRA) is a function in the Global Product Development organization responsible to bring a significant contribution to the performance of Volvo Bus Corporation by:
• Managing the project factory
• Product cradle-to-grave responsibility
• Range architecture
• Homologation and certification of products and vehicles
PRA is a team of 100 people including project management, product management and homologation represented on 5 sites.
We are now looking for a Requirement Manager
Main activities and responsibilities
As a requirement manager you will lead the requirement management work in projects. You will be part of the Project management team and operative report to the Chief project manager. You will work through a global network of people throughout the whole value chain. You will be responsible for the requirement specification and to lead and initiate the work to translate targets in pre requisites into requirements. You will facilitate balancing meetings when needed in order to deliver balanced Requirement Specification, which will be documented in the final and signed Project Description. As requirement manager you will also take part in creation of the project profile, coordinate and lead PDP activities.
You will also be a part of the team developing and improving the System engineering process in Volvo Bus.

Qualifications
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years' experience of working in the automotive industry
• Experience working with feature, system and modules
• Proficiency in the English language is required
