Requirement development is a vital part of the development of our products, with a goal to ensure that all our products are compliant for all markets where IKEA is present. You could say that it 's a challenging task, because it is! And important. To be able to do this we need to capture, analyse and define the requirements. In our organisation we have a team of highly competent Chemical specialists, who are managing the chemical aspects of requirements, and this is where you come in! We are now looking for a new Requirement Manager for the Chemical team. Maybe it 's you?
You will be leading the way forward for your team in an inspiring and engaging way. This includes to build up a good team structure, ways of working and operational follow up, and of course bring out the best of the team with a good coaching leadership. Furthermore, you will be overall responsible for monitoring, interpretation, and the establishment of IKEA chemical related requirements into the IKEA Range. You will be part of an extensive network, both via cooperation with authorities and regulatory organizations, but also via a huge internal network. You will report to IKEA Requirement Engineering Manager and be a part of IKEA Requirement Engineering Management Team, where you will be an important contributor to the strategic and tactical work.
