We focus on having satisfied employees, they are the heart and soul of our organization and we are now looking to expand our team with more competent personnel and are currently looking for a Requirement/Business/Validation manager/analyst for our customer within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.
Work description:
To analyze needs; collect, strucutre and compose specifications; and/or to test and validate that requirements have been met. To detail a part of an IT system?s functionality from a requirements point of view, translate end user requirements into use cases. Requirement manager. In the work as requirement manager you will be responsible for the requirement work within projects. Targets shall be identified in the pre requisites and translated to requirements and further broken down to requirements on modules and systems. Requirements shall be balanced towards each other and the end result shall be documented and reported with a project requirement specification. Several different functions are involved in this work but the requirement manager is responsible for the progress. The requirement manager needs to manage many interfaces in this work
Skills required:
Looking for a person that is interested in Systems Engineering and requirement management, The person must be very structured, analytical but can also think in new ways. As a part of the job is to educate the organization the person has to have a good communicative ability. Experience in Dimensions RM/Serena, work according to ISO/IEC15288 as well as a well-established network within GTT VE/PE/CV and GTO is meriting.
