Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT infrastructure services for the entire Vattenfall Group. It is an international shared service center, providing IT services and support. Vattenfall IT Infrastructure supports Vattenfall by having professional people, knowledgeable in both business and IT, integrating services to enable business functions, providing a helicopter view of required services, utilizing the external market and enforcing standardization in order to optimize cost efficiency.
Vattenfall is looking for a IT4IT Requirement Engineer
Our team, Common Solutions, is responsible for common applications within Vattenfall IT landscape. IT4IT includes tools and solutions used by IT for the business of IT like IT Service Portal, BMC Remedy, Atlassian, HP ALM etc.
We have a complex, multi-project ecosystem where all requirements need to be taken into account for a holistic, stable and compliant solution delivery and managed keeping various stakeholder demands in mind.
Your main responsibilities as a IT4IT Requirement Engineer
• Responsible to analyse and define business requirements for the IT4IT systems and landscape to enable effective delivery of business' needs and capabilities while ensuring the that technical, information, system and data integrity is intact
• Create functional specifications and acceptance criteria where design principles are applied as agreed and appropriate for delivery and maintenance
• Ensure that the best possible technical solution is designed and delivered considering the overall system and organizational perspective
• Manage the business goals and scope of change initiatives in a complex multi project and multi business scenario without compromising on the internals needs for standardization, security
• Key responsible for alignment between the customer and the development team
Required experience / expertise:
• Experience with corporate tools: ITSM tools like BMC Remedy, Atlassian, SNOW, portfolio management tools like CAT4
• Language - fluent in English and Swedish
