You should have organizational agility, effective communication skills and of course you are a good team player since that is really what the job consists of.Other Than That, We Think You Have* University/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent competence.* 5-10 years of experience from aftermarket or product development within the automotive industry * Experience of vehicle repair and maintenance* Aftermarket knowledge within the service area * Business oriented with a clear customer focus * Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations * Drive to improve our way of working, with strong implementation skills * Eager to learn and work with your own development * High integrity, trust and ability to follow trough * Communication skills (written and verbal) extremely important.* Ability to work in a team and independently.* Excellent computer-based authoring skills as well as MS Office.Merit:* Experience of the AB Volvo "DVP process" (Develop Product & Aftermarket Product Portfolio) is a merit* Experience of the Safe / Scrum and/or agile working methods are a meritWhat will you work with?GGS is now seeking a Requirement Engineer for the Gothenburg site, who has the drive and passion to give early input in projects with the goal to minimize customer "downtime" and increase "profitability" for the owner.Requirement Engineer does this by influence future solutions of our customers products, using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues within aftermarket and Product Development.
